FRIENDSHIP WITH GOD - D.S. FLORIANO

And Enoch walked with God: and he was not, for God took him. Gn 5:24 by: D.S. FLORIANO

Knowing that all Scripture is Pneumatos Teo, ie inspired by God (II Timothy 3:16), which contains the divine breath, when I look at these words recorded in the first book of the Bible, in the first pages, in the early chapters, it's as if I was hearing and feeling the Lord whisper softly in my ear like this:

"My son ...

Andes always with me ...

We have much to discuss ...

I want to be your friend ...

And I want you to be my friend ...

And in the end ...

like Enoch ...

You and I ...

For all eternity ...

We will be ... "It may even contain a poetic tone on what is written above, but in reality, this actually happen one day. Whether we like Enoch was translated, raptured by Jesus on the big day, or even if leave to God the conventional way, the important thing is that even where Enoch was also going.Logically, if we are always in communion with the Father, developing true friendship and sincere with Him For if we say we have fellowship with God, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. I John 1:6In this special relationship, something wonderful happens. It is as if the very Creator of the whole universe became man every time we open our mouths to talk to him, sit beside us and listen as a great and true friend does everything he talked. However, I ask you:He's always waiting for this dialogue, but does everyone really want this kind of relationship? Will all those who claim to have fellowship with God, a relationship remain pure, sincere, where there is falsehood, hypocrisy or any interest? We are all authentic and sincere in our prayers, or better, will actually learn the purpose of prayer, which is an important and irreplaceable tool communion?Think my brother, all that the Lord wants of human beings, there is nothing difficult, complex and even sacrificial to do, he just wants to be God for us. And for that left several means by which they exert this relationship. Communion is one of them. However, many are on the fence in this relationship, and worse, think that this wall gives them some security and serve as its disclaimer.Dear brother, the Lord is yes yes or no no, hot or cold, high or low, obedient or disobedient. So either we have fellowship with Him, and have fellowship with the Devil.Harsh words, no? But it is the Lord who says to those who are in this condition, and who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot. I would thou wert cold or hot!So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth. Revelation 3:15-16

These may be strong words, and I think nobody ever to put that little box of promises that many neophytes in the faith use, but stronger and heavier will be the hand of God on the last day when He comes apart on one side those who actually walked with He and the other those who played with him walking Then there will be no time for repentance, only to regret it. (Heb 10:31)Therefore, we must strive to maintain exemplary and irreproachable this special friendship with the Lord knowing that our God is both love and justice. And if we all, we act with this thought, and clear in our minds what it is to have a friendship with the Lord, among many other fruits that this special relationship can give us, until the fellowship will emerge as the Father unites their children in one spirit and one body. For if we walk in the light as God is in the light, we have fellowship with one another. I John 1:7And one day not too far, to our delight and enjoyment, this special friendship will end up in something wonderfully beautiful, seemed like what happened to Enoch, only an exponentially larger scale, where those who are truly friends of God shall be taken by Him, and in place of the name of Enoch will be:

And the church of christ walked with God: and he was not, for God took to himself.
